Why there is no KKTC flag emoji

How flag emoji are actually built

Flag emoji are not single characters. Each one is a pair of regional indicator symbols — the letters A to Z in a special block — and a font draws the pair as a flag when the two letters form a region code that is on the list Unicode uses. 🇺🇸 is really the letters U and S; 🇹🇷 is T and R.
