These terms cover your use of SoShareIT Emojis (emojis.soshareit.com), a free character library operated by SoShareIT. Using the site means you accept them.
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
What you may do with the characters
Copy them and use them. Individual Unicode characters and ordinary combinations of them are not owned by us and are not licensed to you by us — they are part of a public character standard, in the same way the letter “A” is. You may use them personally and commercially: in bios, names, captions, messages, videos, documents and products, with no attribution to this site.
What is not free to take is the site itself: our page text, explanations, curation, layout, code and images. Do not copy this site’s written content or bulk-scrape its collections to republish them. Linking to a page here is welcome.
What we do not promise
The site is provided “as is”. In particular, we do not warrant that:
- a character will be accepted by any platform. Name filters on social networks and games differ, are undocumented, and change without notice. Most shooters strip colour emoji from name fields;
- a character will render identically everywhere. Whether a glyph appears correctly depends on the fonts installed on the reader’s device, which is outside our control;
- the site will be available without interruption, or free of every error.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site — including a name being rejected, changed or moderated by a third-party platform.
No verification, no account services
Characters described as “verified”, “blue tick” or similar are decorative symbols. They do not verify any account, confer any status, or interact with any platform’s real verification programme. We will never ask you for a password to any other service, and no page here can change your account on another site.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to submit content that breaches our content policy. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or to extract its content in bulk by automated means.
If you submit a character
By submitting a character you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on the site. We may edit, decline or remove a submission at any time, in particular under the content policy. Do not include personal information in a submission — it would become public. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Third-party names and artwork
Platform and game names mentioned on this site belong to their owners, and emoji artwork belongs to the vendor that drew it. We are independent of all of them. This is set out in full under trademarks & non-affiliation.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
