Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

SoShareIT Emojis is an independent character library. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any platform, game or device maker named anywhere on this site.

Why other companies’ names appear here

A character library is useless without saying where a character works. To do that honestly we have to name real places: a bio field on one network, a display name on another, a name field in a particular game. Those names are used purely descriptively — to tell you where a glyph has been tested and what happened. No such mention implies any relationship.

Trademarks

All product names, logos, brands and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This includes, without limitation, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Roblox, Free Fire, PUBG, Apple, Google, Samsung and Microsoft. Their use here is nominative — identifying the platform being described — and does not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship in either direction.

Emoji artwork belongs to the vendor

This is worth stating clearly because it is widely misunderstood. Unicode standardises the character — the code point and its name. It does not draw the picture. The image you see is drawn by whoever made the font on your device: Apple, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, Meta, Twemoji and others each ship their own artwork, and each holds rights in their own designs.

That has two practical consequences. First, the same character genuinely looks different on different phones, and that is not a fault on this site. Second, when you copy a character from here you are copying text, not anyone’s artwork — the picture is generated by the device that displays it. We do not distribute, license or claim rights in any vendor’s emoji designs.

The Unicode Standard

Character names, code points and block names quoted on this site come from the Unicode Standard, published by the Unicode Consortium. “Unicode” is a registered trademark of Unicode, Inc. We cite the official charts at unicode.org as a reference so you can verify what we print. We are not affiliated with the Unicode Consortium.

We are not a verification service

Characters presented as “verified” or “blue tick” styling are decorative Unicode symbols. They are not connected to any platform’s verification programme, they do not grant a badge, and pasting one does not change your account’s status anywhere. Any site claiming otherwise is misleading you.

Our own brand

“SoShareIT” and “SoShareIT Emojis” are the brand names of this publisher. The site’s own written content, curation, explanations, layout and code belong to SoShareIT — see the terms of use for what you may do with them.
