This policy explains what SoShareIT Emojis (emojis.soshareit.com) collects when you use the site, why, and how to ask us to delete it. The site is operated by SoShareIT — publisher details are on the contact page.

- You do not need an account, and we never ask for a password to any other service.
- Copying a character records the copy so counters stay honest. It is not linked to you.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- Your copy history, where the site offers one, is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
What we collect
No account, no profile
There is no registration on this site. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth or phone number to browse or copy anything. If you email us, we hold that message so we can answer it.
Usage and counters
When you tap a character to copy it, the site records that a copy happened for that character, and when you run a search it records that a search happened. These are aggregate counters used to show which characters are actually popular — they are not attached to an identity or a profile.
Server logs
Like every website, our server writes an access log containing the IP address, the requested page, timestamp, browser and referring page. Logs are used for security and to diagnose faults, and they rotate on a short cycle. Our network provider (Cloudflare) also processes request data in order to serve and protect the site.
Characters you submit
Some collections accept characters submitted by visitors. If you submit one, the character and its submission date may be published on the site. As of 28 August 2026 the submission cache on this site no longer stores raw IP addresses: where a submitter reference is kept for anti-spam purposes it is a one-way salted hash, and the historical records that previously contained IP addresses have been rewritten to that form. Do not put personal information — your real name, your address, an account password — into a submitted character; it would become public.
Storage in your own browser
Where the site remembers something for you — a recently-copied list, a preference — it is written to your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us, it is not readable by us, and clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

The site uses a small number of cookies and equivalent local storage:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.
Children
This site is a character library for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers needed to run the site — our hosting provider and our content-delivery and security network — and disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep things
- Access logs — kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics, then rotated out.
- Aggregate counters — kept indefinitely; they contain no personal data.
- Submitted characters — kept while they are published; submitter references are stored as a salted hash, not an address.
- Emails to us — kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject line. Because the site holds no account data, most requests concern a character you submitted or an email you sent — tell us which, so we can find it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above changes with it and the change is described here rather than applied silently.
